Raymus Rules & Regulations
Please take a moment to review the rules for the Association.
Rules & Regulations

1. Property should not be used for any purpose other than private, single family home residential purposes.
2. No Lot shall be rented or leased for transient or hotel purposes.
3. Exterior of home must be kept in good condition (fencing, painting, roofing, landscaping, etc.)
4. Roofing work must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to any work being started.
5. No large commercial truck, tractor, truck and trailer, farm machine, road roller, commercial vehicle exceeding 15 feet in length , house trailer, mobile home, boat or any unsightly or offensive vehicle shall be parked at the curb or on the sidewalk, except for the purpose of loading or unloading. The placement, maintenance, or parking of such vehicles on Lots is prohibited except within enclosed garages or in an area fenced or screened so as not to be visible from the street.
6. Dogs, cats, pigeons and rabbits may be kept upon said property, provided that they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial use or purpose, and when such animals are off the owner’s property they must be on leash or in the immediate control of the owner.
7. No lawn cuttings, brush, trimmings or debris of any kind are to be placed on the street, sidewalks, curb or gutters except in containers or with the permission of the Association.
8. Garbage cans must be kept out of plain view, with the exception of the day of pickup.
9. Grass, hedges, shrubs, vines, mass planting of any type, on each lot shall be kept mowed, trimmed cut, at regular intervals so as to maintain the same in a neat and attractive manner. Trees, shrubs, vines, and plants which die shall be promptly removed. Owners shall keep all shrubs and trees trimmed to keep use of sidewalks and walkways free and unimpaired by overgrowth.
10. No weeds, vegetation, rubbish, debris, garbage, objects, waste material, or materials of any kind whatsoever shall be placed on or permitted to accumulate upon an portion of a lot, which would render it unsanitary, unsightly, offensive, or detrimental to any property in the vicinity thereof or to the occupants of any such property in the vicinity.
11. The installation, placement, or maintenance of any satellite dish antenna (“Antenna”, and any supporting structure for such Antenna which is visible from any street is prohibited on any Lot, unless: (i) the Antenna and supporting structure is either screened or enclosed within a fenced yard area; or (ii) such installation, placement, or maintenance is permitted by applicable federal and state laws and the regulations promulgated under such laws. The placement, installation, and use of any Antenna requires the prior approval of the Association.
12. Inoperable vehicles (unregistered, unsightly) are not allowed in the Association unless kept in the garage.
